Crescent Machinery Liquidates Assets

Fort Worth, Texas-based Crescent Machinery recently liquidated and sold its assets, former CEO Eric Anderson told RER.

“Our team was great to the end, but everyone has now moved on,” Anderson said

The company went through bankruptcy reorganization from February 2002 through May 2003, during which time it reduced from 17 to eight locations and closed all but its core Oklahoma and Texas branches. Still, the company was unable to survive its financial difficulties.

Crescent is No. 81 on the RER 100.
