Hageman, Stansberry & Associates announced last week that CVR Rentals of Virginia acquired the Virginia tool rental division of HSS RentX. The sale includes RentX’s tool rental stores located in Waynesboro, Charlottesville and Richmond, Va. CVR Rentals has existing rental stores in Fishersville, Harrisonburg and Staunton, Va. The RentX Richmond store will be consolidated into the other Virginia locations.

“CVR has an excellent reputation in Virginia,” said Tim Campbell, vice president of business development of HSS RentX. “The acquisition of the RentX stores in Virginia by CVR is a great fit for both our customers and our employees.”

Hageman, Stansberry & Associates, based in Cameron Park, Calif., and Arlington, Texas, is representing HSS RentX in its entire U.S. tool rental divestiture including its general rental stores in Washington, Idaho, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Arkansas, Tennessee and Florida. RentX has previously announced the sale of its Texas, South Carolina and Northern California tool rental divisions.
